Requirements
Data Analyst is needed in Brentwood, Tennessee.
● Conduct sales data analyses following all steps of the process, including data acquisition and cleaning; table creation; methodological protocol; eligibility determination; documentation development; and presentation.
● Collect and analyze data to identify housing market trends and provide the general manager with valuable information that can be used to improve operational and business practices.
● Perform a variety of statistical and econometric analyses to monitor average cost in the housing market.
● Create and present financial and budgetary reports to include recommendations to the general manager.
● Visualize all the market trends and internal business data.
Req. Bachelor’s degree of Actuarial Science or Statistics with one year of progressive experience as a Data Analyst, with proficiency in SAS, SQL, R and VBA.
Working hours：9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week.
