Front Desk Representative needed in Brentwood, Tennessee.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests warmly, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide general support during their stay.
- Answer phone calls, manage email communications, and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member or guest without delay.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, financial transactions, and guest requests, using the hotel’s management software.
- Address guest concerns and complaints quickly and effectively to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate efforts with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure all rooms are impeccable and any guest issues are resolved swiftly.
- Generate and present daily and weekly reports detailing occupancy, financial entries, and guest service metrics to assist management in operational planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skilled in the use of hotel management software and Microsoft Office, along with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service orientation.
Working hours: 10-7, 17.5 hours/week.
